ANS: Fat gets a bad rap even though it is a nutrient that we
need in our diet, just not too fats, saturated fats and trans
fats raise bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in your blood levels
are beneficial when consumed as part of a healthy
dietary pattern.  You do need to eat foods that are high in
nutrition and low in calories.

5. How will you advertise to make people aware about


the great effects of taking fizzy drinks?
ANS: On the bottles I would firstly, write what the drink
contains or the nutrients. Then I would write the side
effects, and try to make it as noticeable as possible.
