Narrative Report

Pre-exercise warm-up is a very important factor for individuals everywhere to understand. Many believe
that the warm-up idea is a false hope in preventing injuries however this is false. Warming up the muscles
before exercise helps warm up tissues and enzymes that are required for muscle recruitment and in turn
allow the muscle to stretch further and help prevent possible injuries on muscles.
On our Activity 1 for Quarter 2 we were tasked to perform a two to three minute warm up exercises. I
have felt good as we stretched our muscles all over the parts of my body. The jumping jacks I felt goodness
of breathing. It improves my muscular endurance.
Doing an exercise is good for the body, but doing it together with friends is better, not just only for the
body but also in the social life. I have realized that when doing certain training warm up is very essential. I
recommend these warm up and exercises to those who are fond of playing mobile games to have a sound
mind and body. Everyone deserves to become healthy especially now that we are facing pandemic our
immune system should be boost.
