Face to the face admission process

1.Enrolment
Fill the enrolment form on the website.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
• All the questions marked with (*) are mandatory.
• Click on Continue to save the information on each section.
• Use the format: YYYY/MM/DD (year, month, day) on dates.
• The data must be reliable and demonstrable.
• Once you filled and saved the online registration, the system will generate
the enrolment receipt. Click on Generate Payment.

2. Pay the enrolment

PAYMENT RECEIPT
Generate the receipt and pay de Enrolment fee. Remember to present the
interview and deliver the enrolment documents.

3. Book your interview
Contact the call center to book the interview.

4. Send the information

Send the following documents to bogota-documentacion@areandina.edu.co

• A copy of the identity document amplified to 150%.

• A photo 3 × 4 with white background.
• A copy of the High School diploma or the transcript (associated with the
grades).
• State examination SABER 11 test results.
• Health insurance certificate (EPS).

If you studied abroad, you must consider the following:

• A copy of the Bachelor's degree diploma or the transcript (associated with

the grades) apostilled by The Ministry of International Affairs or the correspon-
ding authority.
• State examination results of the origin country.
• A student visa or equivalence valid for the academic period.
• A copy of the passport.
• A copy of the identity document amplified to 150% (cédula de extranjería).
• All the documents must be translated into Spanish.

5. Generate Enrolment receipt

We will send you the Enrolment receipt to your email.
* The admission process is done under the criteria and policies established by
the Institution according to each academic program and methodological
strategy.
