have to follow business ethics in such wat so that it can empowered all the associated stakeholder

leaders can initiate the ethical practices but it each and every one responsibility to be stick with

the ethical process and follow it at any cost and maintain this practice in the long run to ensure

long term growth of the organization as well as the growth of the individual. All the department

should follow the ethical process in each and every department and demonstrate the correct

image of the organization in front of all the stakeholder so that while looking into the company

performance stakeholders can feel connected with the organization goal and strategy and
