My Hub is to provide day care service for the pets with aditional amenities.
These additional amenities are to throw up some real light over our service and

Location and Space Requirements


The corporate office for this business is to be located in R.S.Puram,
Coimbatore. The corporate office would hold the accounting and book building
process of business in addition to the facilities like pet clinic and saloon. The
location for the kennel house and training is being located at Pusaripalayam. For

office, clinic and pet beauty salon we rented an office space of 1200 sq. feet. For
the kennel house we lease a 25 cent land towards the end of Pusaripalayam. The
location of kennel would be quite off from the residence in order to avoid any
discomfort that would be sought in acquiring license for the business

the saloon would be made feasible.

Breakeven Analysis
The estimated breakeven point of this business is 25 months. And this is
maximum time we estimated to achieve the breakeven. We may achieve it even in
20 months if our market grows well.

Exit Strategy

 If the business is closed down before achieving the breakeven allows


to recover 65 percent of the investment, for major investments are
into assets.
 The above implication clarifies that 65 percent is recoverable at all
stages of business. With increasing real estate scope in Coimbatore, if
the trend follows all the same a much higher recovery is possible.

 If our market grows slow, we will keep doing the business and try to
