This document provides instructions for over-the-wing refueling of an aircraft, including checking for obstructions, opening the wing fill caps, connecting the grounding wire, inserting the nozzle and starting fuel flow until the tanks are full, ensuring symmetrical fuel levels to avoid adverse trim effects, removing the nozzle and disconnecting the grounding wire before securing the refueling equipment.

1. Check fuel vents for obstructions. NOTE: Observe designated walkway markings on each wing near the fuselage and on engine pylons. 2. Open wing-fill cap. 3. Connect nozzle grounding wire. 4. Insert nozzle into filler neck. WARNING: ENSURE RH AND LH FUEL TANKS ARE FILLED TO THE SAME LEVEL. ASYMMETRICAL FUEL LOADING WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT TRIM IN FLIGHT. 5. Start ground servicing equipment and permit fuel to flow into airplane. 6. Stop fueling when tank is full. WARNING: ENSURE THAT FUEL NOZZLE HAS BEEN REMOVED BEFORE DISCONNECTING GROUND WIRE TO PREVENT STATIC DISCHARGE THAT MAY CAUSE AN EXPLOSION. 7. Remove fuel nozzle from filler neck and disconnect nozzle grounding wire. 8. Close wing-fill cap. 9. Secure refueling equipment.
