URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

AND RESETTING OF THE HEARING
The above-entitled case was scheduled for a Pre-Trial Hearing on
January 25, 2021 at 8:30 am.

However, the undersigned counsel has been recently informed in the

afternoon of January 22, 2021 that she had a direct contact with a COVID-
19 Positive. The undersigned already submitted her contact details to the
City Government of Tagum for contact tracing and for possible swab testing.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that

the hearing on January 25, 2021 be postponed, and be reset to February 15,
2021 or at a later date as the court may deem convenient.

This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings in this case.
