KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, kkkkkk, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to gggggggg and a

resident of Villa Anally Subdivision, Ramos Street, Sitio Paninaan, Carangyaan, Tarlac
City , hereby witnesseth:

That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land, more particularly described

as follows:
“A parcel of agricultural land situated in Barangay Aguay, Municipality of
Burgos, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon, Philippines, containing an
area of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred (13,700) square meters, more
or less, which is now more particularly bounded and described as
follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND (Php250,00.00) Philippine Currency, paid and handed to me at my
entire satisfaction by rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, also of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Agpay, Burgos, La Union the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do
hereby SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER by way of absolute sale unto said vendee,
her heirs and assigns, the above mentioned property, same is free from all liens and
encumbrances;

That now and hereinafter said vendee shall be the absolute owner of the subject
of sale hereof and that I shall warrant and defend her ownership against the claims of
all persons whomsoever;

That the thirty days notice pursuant to Art. 1623 of the New Civil Code has been
complied with; and

That this instrument shall be registered in the office of the Register of Deeds of
La Union in accordance with Act 3344 as amended.

Street, Sitio Paninaan, Carangyaan, Tarlac City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. I am the owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay Aguay,

Municipality of Burgos, Province of La Union covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 025-CARP2018000231;

2. Said property is not tenanted and has no existing improvement found

thereon, same is free from all liens and encumbrances;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts

and for whatever legal purposes it may serve under the law.
