This Extra-judicial Partition of Estate (“Deed”) made and entered into by and among:

1. AMPARO DEL ROSARIO VDA DE SORIANO, widow, of legal age, Filipino, and
resident of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija;

2. ARMANDO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, married to Angelita Naguimbing Soriano; of

legal age, Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

3. CRISOSTOMO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, married to Gregoria Santos Soriano; of legal

age, Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

4. AURELIO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, JR. married to Pastora Nagaño Soriano; of legal
age, Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

5. REMEDIOS SORIANO BASAS, widow; of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Burol,
Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

6. MARIO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, married to Miraliza Velasquez; of legal age, Filipino,
and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

7. CARLOS DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, married to Erlinda Tullao Soriano; of legal age,
Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

8. TRINIDAD SORIANO CASTRO, married to Steve Castro; of legal age, Filipino, and
resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

9. BERNARD DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, married to Pamela Zerna Soriano; of legal age,
Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties are the surviving wife and legal heirs of the late AURELIO
SORIANO who died intestate on January 20, 2017 at Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, and left a
certain parcel of land more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3140-A-34 of the subd. plan Psd-034909-065998, being a portion of
Lot 3140-A (LRC) Psd-69847 LRC Rec. No ), situated in the Bo. of Burol, Gen. Natividad, Prov.
of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3140-A-20; along line 2-3 by Lot
3140-A-21; along line 3-4 by Lot 3140-A-22; along line 4-5 by Lot 3140-A-23; along line 5-6 by
Lot 3140-A-24; along line 6-7 by Lot 3140-A-25; along line 7-8 by Lot 3140-A-26; along line 8-9
by Lot 3140-A-27; along line 9-10 by Lot 3140-A-28; along line 10-11 by Lot 3140-A-29; along
line 11-12-13 by Lot 3140-A-30; along line 13-14 by Lot 3140-A-35; on the NE., along line 14-
15-16 by Lot 3140-A-32; on the S. along line 16 to 19 by Lot 3140-A-33; all of the subd. plan; on
the S., along line 19-20 by Sapang Nabao; on the S., along line 20-21 by Lot 3140-B (LRC)
Psd-69847; on the NW., along line 21-1 by Lot 3140-A-19 of the subd. plan..xxxxxx Containing
an area of EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE (83,735) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.
That the deceased AURELIO SORIANO, died without leaving any Last Will and
Testament, as well as debts of any kind whatsoever;
 That to the best interest of the parties, the entire estate particularly the real estate
above-described will be divided, partitioned and adjudicated between/among themselves in the
manner and form hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and invoking the
provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they
hereby do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate the above estate between/among
themselves;

That we, AMPARO DEL ROSARIO VDA DE SORIANO, ARMANDO DEL ROSARIO
SORIANO, CRISOSTOMO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, AURELIO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO,
JR., REMEDIOS SORIANO BASAS, MARIO DEL ROSARIO SORIANO, CARLOS DEL
ROSARIO SORIANO, TRINIDAD SORIANO CASTRO, and BERNARD DEL ROSARIO
SORIANO, being the surviving heirs of the deceased, do hereby RENOUNCE AND WAIVE our
rights, interests, share and participation in the aforesaid property portion of Eight Hundred
Sixty (8,373) Square Meters, in favor of the name below:

KARIZ SORIANO LOPEZ, single; of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen.
Natividad , Nueva Ecija; and KIT SORIANO LOPEZ, married to Rhocel Pablo Lopez; of
legal age, Filipino, and resident of Burol, Gen. Natividad , Nueva Ecija;

Subject, however, to contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs or other persons who might
have been deprived of lawful participation in the estate of the decedent, for a period of two (2)
years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof, in years from and after the
settlement and distribution thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4, Rule 74 of
the Rules of Court; and

That in the remote event that any other property of the decedent should ever be found
which is not included herein above, the parties hereto further agree as they do so agree to settle
and distribute the same in like manner and proportion as herein established and disposed;
