Station Entrance Building (SEB) 7.1. Station Entrance Building (SEB) works include design, manufacture, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Civil Works, Structural Works, Architectural Works, Electrical Works, Mechanical Works, Plumbing & Firefighting Works and FOB Works in accordance with the Basic Design document including drawings, conceptual designs, Design Requirements & Criteria and Technical Specifications as provided in the Employer’s Requirements 7.1.1, The SEB shall have 3 floor levels as mentioned below: i, Ground Floor: Passenger plaza, IR ticketing office ete. fi, First Floor: Passenger lobbies/interchange lobbies, IR offices etc. iii, Second Floor: Space for movement of HSR passengers and for small kiosks ete. 7.1.2, The SEB shall have direct connections with IR’s existing FOBs and Entry/Exit C & D of GMRCL’s underground metro station at Ahmedabad as per the Employer's Requirements. i, South side FOBs (Mumbai end): FOB-1A and FOB-1B ii, FOB (Sabarmati end): FOB-2 iii, Entry/Exit C & D of Underground Metro station 72. Structural Works: Contractor shall design & execute foundations, rigid frame, Roof Works etc of the building and FOBs based on the DRC, TS and Basic Design Drawings provided in the Employer's Requirements. 73. Arel -ctural Works A. Ground Floor Level i. Rainwater drainage and floor drainage; ii, Finishing of ex walls, staircase including side wall of stairs, escalators and elevator shafts (plaster, paint, cladding and flooring); iii, Ceiling finish including paint, plaster, false ceiling and false ceiling support system; iv. Structure and partitions for required rooms and shafts; v, Exterior and interior work for required rooms; vi.
