WHY STUDY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT?

As an Accountancy student that wholeheartedly dreams to be a Certified Public

Accountant (CPA) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of my own business in the future, I rigidly
believe that Human Resources Management (HRM) is a course that I should study with lots of
effort as HRM is composed of managerial exercises that offer assistance to create a qualified
workforce. Also, I believe that overseeing individuals and client relations is an imperative
aptitude to obtain in business, and this is often just one viewpoint of HR that we can apply to
any work. Throughout this course, I can learn valuable abilities in various areas such as in
incorporate association, and communication that are genuinely significant in running a business.
I want to be a successful CEO someday, so, I should know the numerous areas that I should
consider in my entire organization, particularly the proper way of managing and leading the
employees, as what I also believe that people are the most valuable assets that a business has,
thus, we should learn to build solid teams that are capable and confident enough to lead in the
battle among all the businesses.

Dreaming with dedicated actions will lead to a fruitful organisation, and I surely know that
HRM can help me to be a best captain of my ship when my calendar in business is already in
position.
