Speed Meter
Controller Constitution
The controller includes drive, hydraulic, steer knob misalignment correction solenoid and display function control in one controller.
And it controls movement judgment of each solenoid and some part of display indication depending on various input orders, input conditions.
Display is equipped with a central processing unit, too, and communicates various data between controllers. In addition, calculat es storage of daily simple service data, too.
It is possible to drive the vehicle even if t here is no communication between controller - displays, nor display failure, but cannot get the service of function selection and setting,
simple management service, speed meter indication, load indication and etc. (Some of the explanations are for optional function)

Neutral start
Error history
When an error occurred, it is recorded in the controller. And it can be confirmed by serviceman mode. There are following two kinds of error confirmation.
① Displays the error that occurred in the past by bit.
② Display newest and controller error maximum 10, and display maximum 5 controller error with date and hour meter value.
Display method is indicates the error code and date (yymmdd) at the time of error outbreak with hour meter value.
A storage of an error memorizes maximum 10 of controller error and maximum 5 of display error.
(as a matter of convenience of display format, need to confirm the error history one by one. )
Switch monitor
In case of performance fault, if set for switch monitor function by serviceman mode, transmit the data (whether be input or not) of each switch from controller to display.
It is the function to make ease the trouble shoot by operating the vehicle, while confirming each input or output status.
It is possible to travel during monitor state, too.
In order to figure out vehicle management and operation situation, simple service management data are memorized.
1) Total sum data
2) Data of today
3) Display the data of last 9 days one by one going backward of dates.
Attention 1: The day of no operation = The day as there's no data change, it is not counted and not indicated either.
Attention 2: As each data memorized and renewed at the time of Key OFF, if remove the battery directly, data will be damaged.
In addition, in this case calendar is reset. When a calendar was out of order, date is displayed like E1, E2.
Displays as number from the day when a date was reset.
Attention 3: If clock was out of order, service management data will not accord with real service hour.
(Because the change of a date does not accord with a real clock.)
Attention 4: There can be indicated as 0.0h even if operated.
(Indicates as 0.0h when operation was less than 0.1h )
Controller
Controller basic performance explanation
Specifications of before proto B software VER023
AT: Cannot start the engine if F/R lever shifted F or R function. MT: Cannot start the engine does not come in engine if shift lever is not in neutral position.
(CT, foot directional control) if not satisfy the condition of following list, cannot start the engine.
Except above condition, the starter does not work. If it does not work, indicate the
reason on the display and makes warning sound.
Anti-restart control
Start the starter motor turning key ON to Ign, and after returning the key to On position, even if retry to run the starter motor, cannot run.
In this case return the key to OFF position once, and can make it possible again by operating the key ON to Ign position.
In case of MT
If the operator left from the seat continually more than 3 seconds, sounds buzzer warning for 6seconds.
When this functions work, indicates the warning on the display.
△1 Warnig will be canceled by the operator seated.
In case of duplication of the message, indicates only biggest one. Do not display the amount shown in ( ) mark.
If the hour meter value equates with interval time, alarm sounds for the purpose of confirmation.
If it is within 1 hour, even after cancel the indication depending above process, indicates the message once when the key switch turned on.
Indicates for 3 minutes and return to normal indication. If the password is effective, shifts to interval indication after clearing the password.
Speed meter indication ( clock, speed meter, load indicator can be selected the priority of indication. Refer to the section of operator function)
When start travelling, control the display and indicates speed. Clock are indicated during stop.
Calculate the mileage, and indicates on the display.
Load indicator
Calculate from mast hydraulic pressure, and indicates load indicator.
NOTE ( Important): As it is calculated from hydraulic pressure, the accuracy will be swayed by the condition. Please use it as reference weighting value.
△1 In case of basic setting, load indication is displayed during the stuck is in stop situation.
Operation management data indication and recording (Refer to the operation management confirmation section)
Memorize daily operation (key ON, traveling hour and the distance) with a calendar for the past ten days (include it on that day).
An overload alarm
This is the function of external output to make alarm if the load surpass the setting value.
△1 The overload alarm (depends on alarm specifications) will be canceled automatically if the load become lower than setting value.
Need to add alarm equipment and wire harness and also need controller setting.
If need to set 2 level speed alarm, cannot set with overload alarming.
