To Whom It May Concern

I have known Lucy Lynett for three years. She is a very organized person, responsible, hard-working, competent,

a team player, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and

verbal, are excellent. All these qualities and skills are essential in the teaching profession.

I was her first practicum supervisor, and she succeeded remarkably. She created an inclusive, welcoming, and safe

learning environment. In her teaching practices, she applied a current and comprehensive repertoire of effective

planning instruction and assessment practices to meet every student's learning needs.

Lucy has also volunteered to help children with literacy and numeracy difficulties in different schools during her

years at Burman University.

Her academic credentials are very good. As of now, her G.P.A. is 3.57. I highly recommend Lucy Lynett for a

teaching position in any school.
