1. What are the key challenges at parts unlimited?

The key challenge at Parts Unlimited is categorized into three constraints. The first is

Project time, second is Project cost and third is Project Performance. Part of Unlimited is

confronting with time management. Parts of Unlimited are also confronting challenges of

organization culture, Rules, and organizational commitment. Sarah, the SVP Retail

Operations wants to phoenix the project available before the deadline with perfection.

This project is valuable for her. This project can attract customers in the competition.

Unfortunately, Phoenix Project has been delayed being launched in the market. IT Team

needs to find a Payroll failure solution. Because the financial and HR team are facing

failure to keep track of employee hours. These can be dangerous for a company too.

Because someone can copy data and take data outside of an organization. There are lots

of problems behind this situation. However, the project management team meeting took

place on Wednesday, September 3, Bill Palmar and his team did not commit on the

Phoenix project launch. Bill and his team are trying to solve payroll disaster issues. This

problem is taking more time than it should be. There are many different problems in this

project such as database, networking, server, operating system, layer 7 switching, and

applications. The problem of payroll failure is the main priority for the bill and his team

right now. That is the reason why the phoenix project launch delay. On the other side,

People who are working on the Phoenix project having laptop issues. The laptop light
was blinking with the blue screen. Many laptops did not replace with an ITIL-compliant

change management tool. The company is using more than ten years old laptop. While

some people did not show up in a meeting that leads to a lack of understanding about this

project. These issues are heading to the late submission of the Phoenix project. While the

project cost was another issue at part unlimited. Bill palmar fixed the payroll issue but

cannot be able to fix the budget for the new project. They do not have an idea of which

networking equipment is needed and the server. However, Parts Unlimited spent over

twenty million on Phoenix without identifying the essentials for the Phoenix project.

Lastly, the IT team cannot be able to figure out a perfect plan. So that is the reason why

project implementation is the worst it can get as just three assignments were finished out

of twelve from the Phoenix project. Phoenix project does not have proper documentation.

So, this is another part of the delaying project. These incorporate, bunch accentuation,

individuals center, unit joining, control, struggle resilience, and open-frameworks center.

As the Phoenix project dispatch in the market is being postponed by weeks because of

other inward issues Parts Unlimited is threatening. As the new promoting date was on

Saturday, September thirteenth at 5 PM, Bill Parmer and his group need to solve the

issues they are looking before the deadline.

2.What aspects of project management are working at Parts Unlimited?

There are many problems with Unlimited than aspects of project management. They

could not be able to finish the project on time. So first, they must work on time

management. There are other aspects such as risk management and structural frame.

When the IT department must start work on the Phoenix project during that time payroll

system got failure. Initiation at part Unlimited is working Bill and his team. So, they
could not be able to start the phoenix project. This delay causes a problem for the

company for launching a new product as well as the company lose lots of money. Bill

prioritizes risks as he comes across all these problems. Once he and his team solve

payroll failure issues they start to be working on the Phoenix project. Bill prioritizing risk

for him and his employees are not getting paycheck also, HR and Financial people do not

have a record for hours. So that is the reason why some employees are getting more than

it should be, or even many are not getting their paycheck. If an employee did not get the

right amount of check, they will complain in the labor force too. So, there are many

factors behind payroll failure risk. The structural frame is perfect for everyone's

knowledge about work and the deadline. They know their responsibilities and the

deadline. They only have a problem with the system.

3.What is one project management concept that you recommend be implemented for the Parts

Unlimited team?

One project management concept that is recommended to be implemented for the Parts

Unlimited team is communication amongst project stakeholders. Based on the

examination, it is unmistakably exhibited that the absence of the correspondence is one of

the fundamental reasons for not fulfilling time constraints, particularly for the Phoenix

project. It is demonstrated that when Bill examines the issue of finance disappointment,

everybody appears to fault on one another's. During the meeting time, Bill and Chris

were blaming each other. another's area of expertise in the creation of the Phoenix project

and got into contention. Indeed, even Sarah was accusing Bill and his group for the

postponement of the Phoenix project. It is exceptionally basic to execute correspondence

idea when managing the Phoenix project and realizing how significant it is for Parts
Unlimited all in all. Rather than accusing one another, Bill should direct a significant

collaborate. There are a lot of politics in this company. Sarah isn’t showing workload on

an agile method and do a standup meeting. During the agile meeting who is working on

the project, they must participate in this meeting. If they are facing any problem must

contact the manager during the meeting time. A project manager must know what team

members are doing. Besides, Friday they must have to do a standup meeting during that

meeting they have to discuss goals as well as plan out the agenda for the next week that

should be accessible to everyone via share point and use a sticky note for the whiteboard.

These solutions can be helpful for Bill and his team as well as Company employees too.

These can be prevented to deploy late projects.
