By-Laws

A set of rules designed to amplify and carry out in detail the provision of the constitution. This set of
rules usually covers the following subject:

1.Membership
2.Committees
3.Officers to be elected
4.Provision of regular meetings
5.Financial Provision
6.Elections, regular and special
7.Order of business meetings
8.Qourum
9.Kind of Vote
10.Provision of Limiting Debate
11.Provision for suspending or amending provision of the by laws
12.Matters involving the holding of conventions,including special rules that may be adopted
by a purpose
13. Parliamentary authority
14. Standing or special rules

The provision of the By-Laws are divided and classified under each of the subjects listed above,and each
provision or rule is identified as a section.

Constitution and By-Laws may be amended or revised,neither of them can be rendered ineffective
unless repealed it is a fundamental rules therefore that a constitution or any of its provision can never
be suspended.while the by-laws or any of its provision may be suspended by a two thirds vote of the
members voting or by some other voters,but only when suspension is allowed by-laws itself
