REVIEW AND REVISION OF THE SCHOOL’S 03-20-2020

ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (ESIP) 12:00

1. DepEd Order 44, s. 2015, the Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement
Planning (ESIP) Process and the School Report Card (SRC), aims to strengthen
School-Based Management (SBM) by further devolving the governance of education
to schools, empowering school teams and personnel, expanding community
participation and involvement, and making the delivery of education services to the
learners more responsive, efficient, and effective through an enhanced school
planning and communication process. Thus, the School Improvement Plan has been
laid down as a roadmap for specific interventions that a school, with the help of the
community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three
consecutive school years.

2. In view hereof, this Office enjoins the submission of the school’s revised
Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) as per agreement during the First
Division Management Committee Meeting held last January, following the
guidelines stated hereunder:
a. School heads shall review and revise the school's ESIP and align it with the
Department of Education’s Sulong Edukalidad, DepEd Region IV-A’s Pivot
to 4A Quality Basic Education (4A-QUBE) and the strategic directions and
targets of SDO Rizal which we ratified during the First Division Management
Committee Meeting;

 b. School heads shall engage the School Governing Council (SGC) during the
ratification of the school’s ESIP with the School Planning Team; and

c. School heads shall provide documented information on the revisions made.

Considering the current situation wherein there is an Enhanced Community
Quarantine (ECQ) and all employees are directed to work from home and no
face-to-face meeting shall be done, different means of verifications can be
presented (i.e., print screen or screen shots of discussions made during the
virtual meetings via text messaging or group chats, screen shots of the
persons involved during the video conferencing as attendance, online notice
of meeting, minutes of meeting, etc.): and

3. School heads are enjoined to be hands-on in order to accomplish the said critical
task with work system and utmost prudence.

4. Submission of the school’s revised ESIP shall be in PDF format on or before

April 24, 2020, through the SGOD-SMME email address:
rizal.monitoring@deped.gov.ph.
