Non-profit Organizations

Introduction
In this fast paced world, in which every human is endeavouring for a reasonable
living than ever before, a considerable portion of our society that is not privileged enough to
make a good living is often neglected. It is not due to the selfishness of a resourceful
individual to suppress the underprivileged. In fact, it is the outcome of busy stream of today’s
work domain. Work, negligible to any vocation is indeed highly demanding. This specific
feature disables and makes an individual unconscious to their own being, let alone family and
society.
Non-profit organization is a body that looks after these neglected causes and the pupil
of the society. A non-profit organization as the term suggests is an organization that is
established to work for social causes and to provide resources to the people that are in the
need of it the most. Such organizations are not liable to increase shareholders wealth.
Whereas the progress of a non-profit organization is evaluated through its scale of reach and
its donors. These organizations are a medium between a resourceful and an underprivileged
individual.

Objectives
A non-profit organization works for numerous causes that are focuses on the need
of today’s underprivileged person. The dedicated services include disaster management,
health services, education, orphan care, clean water, Mawakhat (interest-free loan) and
other community services.
Non-profit organization are committed to serving humanity especially vulnerable
and orphans without any kind of discrimination, and contribute in their well-being. The
objectives also include, health, education, financial  sustainability, livelihood, shelter, 
availability of clean water, mosques, mitigation of disaster and other aspects of the life of
its beneficiaries by means of resource mobilization and developing partnership with other
NGOs concerned public & private organizations,  supporting, engaging in useful programs
and doing all such acts with integrity. These organizations being non-political, non-
governmental and non-profit organization are also tax exempted and provides the
opportunity to its incubators to be eligible for tax exemptions.
Non-profit organizations works with plectra of organization non-profit and
profiting firms to make this world a better place every day. Together these organization
along with the help of willing individual donors and supporters has provided necessities to
needing families. These organizations also provided millions of scholarships to deserving
students. Many such organization not only funds the students with high academic intellect
but also average students who are willing to study.
Funding Strategies
There is no specified rule of thumb when it comes to funding strategies for a non for
profit organization. Provided the fact that these companies have a tight budget for
advertising, the strategist has to come up with innovative ideas that may work with the
available resources at disposal. Many profit organization may also pledge along with these
organizations to provide the adequate support in these cases. Following are the strategies
practiced mostly by non-profit organizations when it comes to funds collection.
1. E-Marketing
A social media campaign for fund collection is the most cheapest and effective
strategy for these organization. A news-letter, appeal on various social networks
and SMS marketing are the preferred mediums.

2. Academia seminars
Non-profit organizations conduct various seminars in various educational
institutions. These seminars holds the initiative to precipitate awareness and
exploit the assistance from the students in anyway.

3. Financial institution
A corporate entanglement with financial institution goes a long way in fund
collection. The e-banking portals now provide a direct link to donate into your
favourite non-profit organization.

4. Advertising brochure
Many non-profit organizations have their own in house graphic designers and
social media marketers. In print advertisements and appeals are distributed to
collect donation from the willing individuals who are too busy to look for the
deserving individuals.

5. Sponsorship
Non-profit organization may sponsor an entertainment show or an athlete to
spread its name and purpose to the public.
