Job Description: A field auditor is responsible for traveling to company sites,
investigating issues, and making risk assessments for
organizations. Job duties include evaluating compliance to
regulatory policies, creating documentation of violations, and
accounting for discrepancies in information provided.
Job Specification: Operations audit
The field auditor observes the actual day-to-day activities of
process owners per assigned projects.
Conduct interviews and walkthrough to test the compliance of
the Company’s policies and procedures.
Performs procedures to identify possible theft and/or
pilferage.
Document the procedures and internal controls tested for the
project site.

 Do you think your chosen company will hire you in the future? Why or why
not?
On a positive outlook, yes, I do think that my chosen company will hire me in
the future. The course that I am currently enrolled right now equips my self with an
arsenal of skills and knowledge that perfectly suffices and requirements of the job
that I have chosen.

specification that you searched earlier.
The job specification was able to mention that the work requires an actual
observation of the day-to-day activities of the operation in a certain field. This
simply means that punctuality and keen observation are crucial elements in
performing the job. I believe that the course has honed myself to effectively manage
time especially when it comes to punctuality. It has also helped me strengthen my
cognitive and observation skills with all the problems that we had to solve and
answer.
 How will you prepare yourself, to improve your chances of qualifying in the
company?
One of the most significant aspects of an applicant, aside from his induvial
accolades, is his ability to communicate effectively and fluently. This has been taught
to us since the beginning. Effective communication can appraise one’s

professionalism and credibility especially for fresh graduates. This I guess is

essential for me to improve my chances of qualifying in the company.
