Overall Feedback: Recall the 5 Steps of Giving Feedback and follow them give
specific and overall feedback to the candidate. Please mention how they can work
on things you have pointed out and things they could have done better. You should
also comment on their Resume and Cover Letter in this space and how it can be
improved.

Most prominent one is that he made a lot less eye contact because of which it
looked like he was lost in questions or something like that. But on the positive side
he was confident , well dressed and prepared for the interview.
He didn’t provide any information or example about his work experience because
of which it looked like he ddnt had any experience before.
And there was not sign of gratitude towards the interviewer although there was
some gratitude about the organization but due to this I might not call him for the
position of this job.
His resume was within the guidelines everything was there but the experience part
looked like it was copied from somewhere other than that it was perfectly made.
