853-2020 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more

requirement contracts of water pumps, electric motors, controls,
transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear and appurtenances, and for
materials, equipment, supplies, parts, and services necessary to test,
maintain, replace, and repair water pumps, electric motors, controls,
transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear and appurtenances, including
but not limited to inspection, supplies, repairing, testing, labor, and
installation, if necessary, for the Division of Water, Department of Public
Utilities, for a period up to two years.

887-2020 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the

public improvement of rehabilitating and replacing the West 56th Street
area sewer system, which may include but not be limited to sewer
replacement and rehabilitation, and installing manholes and catch basins;
authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public
improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; and authorizing
the director to apply for and accept any loans or grants from any public or
private entity, including but not limited to, the Northeast Ohio Regional
Sewer District for Community Cost Share Program funding.

Revolving Loan Account loan to participate in a pilot project to replace lead
service lines to certain childcare facilities in Cuyahoga County; and to use
the loan for reimbursement of the City’s costs to replace the lead service
lines.
