Customer Service Executive – Export Sales

Role Managing backend sales support for International Markets.

Position Title: Customer Service Executive – International Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reportee: NA

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Managing the Export Operation:
 Order booking, sending PI, planning dispatch according to customer need.
 Sending CI, PL, BL & other documents to customer.
 Payment follow-up, asking documentation team to dispatch the BL & other
documents to customer on payment confirmation
 Taking care of license requirements as per different countries need.
Handling Marketing Operations:
 Ensuring the requirement of POSM to the customer.
Customer Service:
 Handling customer queries.
 Timely response to customers.
Collaborating with different departments:
 Collaborating with different departments to make sure that Sales, Marketing,
Service Queries, Deliveries, etc. are handled efficiently.
Operational Support to the Front-Line Managers:
 Supporting the front-line managers with the operational support
MIS Management:
 Generating and maintaining the various MIS reports.
Claim Handling:
 Checking with technical team the reason of defect in the tire once received claim
from the customer. If manufacturing defect, then informing the customer about
the exact claim amount & compensating the claim amount.

Education and Experience Required

Education: PGDM/MBA from B Schools


(Tier I & II), Freshers/Experienced. Experience:
0 to 2 years
