SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

BETWEEN SINOTRUK ZIMBABWE of No. 118 Mutare Road, Msasa (herein after called
the Service provider).
And

OILCOM (hereinafter called the buyer)


In consideration of the mutual promises and other valuable consideration exchange by the parties as
set forth herein, the parties intending to be legally bound, thereof the contract is legally binding
document.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED


The Service provider hereby sells to the Buyer who hereby purchases upon the terms and conditions
hereinafter set forth the service and maintenance of motor vehicles that are as follows Sinotruk
Zimbabwe described in the following schedule and hereinafter referred to as Service.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE

 Services are to be carried out by Sinotruk certified technicians during warranty period or
warranty falls away as per terms and conditions in the agreement of sale.
 All services to be carried out at the Sinotruk workshop at 118 Mutare road, Harare in the
event that the buyer has a suitable workshop service will be carried out at their premise
which will attract a further charge of mileage charged per kilometer and travel time.
 During warranty period all parts for maintenance are to be changed by Sinotruk personnel
besides greasing of vehicle and top up for water in radiator. Anything else will have to be
communicated with the Sinotruk workshop manager and only after approval from the
workshop manager can any work be done on vehicles by your internal workshop.

3. PAYMENT OF SERVICE

 All services carried out are to be paid within 7 days after service has been carried out with an
allowance of up to 21 days if payment is made in USD.
 Please note that any overdue payments will be recalculated to the prevailing rate of the day
and re-invoiced.
 Prices are subject to change as the interbank fluctuates.

4. SERVICE BOOKING

 All services are to be booked through our workshop manager in the event that he is not
reachable we have the workshop foreman or the Aftersales manager please see contacts
below.

5. Duration

 The contract will be renewable on an annual basis.
