1 INTRODUCTION
a. This meeting was established as a working session between BRE and all INFO
consultants in coordinating architectural design, operator standards and MEP
requirements.

2 SOUTHPARK
2.1 GENERAL
a. BRE highlighted that there is a requirement for a 3m separation
between the Westin building and Southpark Podium with only the INFO
Ballroom at Lvl 04 to be closer than 3m to Westin building.
b. DPA presented 4 Options for St Regis programmatic zoning in
Southpark. INFO

c. MAR and BRE highlighted that the preferred option is Option 3.

d. DPA highlighted that although Westin and St Regis Drop-off is
INFO
facing each other, there can be architecture treatment between
the columns to separate the spaces visually.
e. MAR and BRE agreed that the Ballroom and retail drop-off will be INFO
retained.
f. BRE mentioned that the nightclub in B1 will be instead high-end
retail. DPA suggested that there can be an iconic retail entry on INFO
the south corner to signify a presence for the basement retail.
MAR highlighted that the retail must also incorporate the St Regis INFO
experience.
g. DPA to provide a direct entrance to the screening area with a
breakout space for popcorn and ice-cream shops. DPA

2.2 ST REGIS GUESTROOMS, SUITES AND APARTMENTS
a. MAR is agreeable with 82sqm as the St Regis Suite instead of INFO
100sqm.
b. MAR mentioned that there is little audience for Specialty Suites
INFO
which is usually a brand tie-up with a designer. Southpark St
Regis to have Deluxe Suites instead of Specialty Suites.
c. BRE commented that there should be a VIP suite (200sqm) aside DPA
from the Presidential Suite, via reducing the number of Deluxe
Suites.

d. BRE commented that the North-facing and South-facing
apartments should be close to the same size.
e. BRE highlighted that there should be an Executive Lounge at a DPA
high level. BRE is agreeable to have the Executive Lounge on the
East side of the building in place of 4 guestrooms.
In order to maintain the Key count of 175, the no. of suites will be
reduced and more typical guestrooms will be allocated.

2.3 CIRCULATION
a. MAR mentioned that without the retail for Option 3, the escalator INFO
that serves the Ballroom will be occupying too much valuable
space and suggested that it be removed.
b. DPA to remove the escalator and replace it with 2 additional lifts DPA
for the Ballroom.
c. DPA to allocate 2 of the 4 office lifts to be accessible from all the DPA
basement levels.

e. DPA to ensure that the Ballroom adheres to the FLS code with
adequate number of Fire escape stairs and distance to it. DPA

f. DPA to cater more area for the Loading/ Unloading dock on Level DPA
01. VZ suggested that a mezzanine level be used for deboxing
areas, etc, due to the available 6.1m of height.
