specified in the terms and conditions as stated bellow. This representation is made with full corporate
authority and also responsibility of the above stated buyers.

shipping documents CIF basis is considered the same 10% advance plus 88% after loading and verification
documents and 2% after CIQ analysis at receipt port.

Performance Bond: 2% as maximum offered by seller’s account

Shipping Schedule: According to delivery schedule established in contract. Inspection: Certified laboratory
to verify quantity, quality, and other contract specifications by SGS, GTM at the time of loading by seller’s
account.

Payment: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non transferable LC with online instruction A47 to release 10% of the LC
value with hearing and other 90% against shipping and loading documents.

3. End Seller send FULL CORPORATE OFFER

4. Buyer fills his Tax information, signs and seal the FCO and returns it to seller within 24 hours.

5. Seller confirms product existence

6. Contract is sent to buyer to review and signature

7. SWIFT accounts are checked by buyer’s bank.

8. Buyer sends bank to bank LC according to contract instructions and release 30% as advance

payment

9. Seller’s bank confirms LC and seller starts shipments load.

10. Once vessel loaded and quality verify, seller issues loading and shipping documents to bank to

release 68% of shipment value.

11. Vessel arrives at destination port, buyer analyses the product and release 2% of shipment value.

12. The seller releases all shipping and loading documents.
