INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GATE ENTRY CODES AND REMOTE USE

NEW OWNERS ARE ISSUED TWO (2) REMOTES PER LOT OWNED if they did not get
the prior owner’s remotes transferred to them. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PRIOR
OWNER’S REMOTES!

If you lose a remote, or need another one, the cost is $30.00 per remote. Contact the manager.

When a new owner or user is issued a new Solitude gate remote fob(s), there is some
programming that needs to be done with the manager before the remote(s) will work with our
entry gate.

The new owner/user must call or email the manager with the following information:

1. New User Information. We need an email address and a good phone number to enter into
the system.

2. Each User must be a unique user coded to a gate remote(s). We need the name(s) of the
user to assign to each remote. The right-hand button on the remote is programmed for
our Solitude gate. The left is assigned to the 7 Canyons front gate and will need
programming also by the front gate staff.

3. We will need a unique 4-digit number to program into the gate keypad for each user. If
the number sequence has been assigned to another user, the system will not take that
specific number again and we will need another number choice.

NOTE: when entering your code number at the gate keypad, you must enter a “#” sign
before the number!

When the manager has all this new information, they can access the system by computer
and upload this information for your remotes. Until it is uploaded, your gate codes and
remotes will not work. If anything changes with the user, please update the manager
right away.
