Name of Community : The Barangay , Hinguiwin Padre Burgos , Quezon

Population : As of July 2019

 The Barangay Hinguiwin has a total 1976 population Purok 1 consist 228 females and 240 males with a total
of 467 .The purok 2 consist of 475 females and 475 males with a total of 932 . The purok 3 Consist of 286
females and 291 males with a total of 557. In general purok 1 is the lowest count of population with a total of
467 next is purok 3with a total of 557 on the other hand purok 3 was the highest count of population with a
total of 932 over all the total population of Barangay . Hinguiwin is 1976.

leader here in our community .

History of Community
The name of Barangay Higuiwin Was originated in a type of “ Baging Na Hingiw” and 7Th in first sitio of the town of
distrito Municipal de laguimanok in !892 , today Is known as the Municipal of Padre Burgos . In efficacy of Republic Act
3590 , the Brgy. Hinguiwin has became a Barangay including the Four (4 ) sitios: Marang Banaba now Barangay ,
Marquez ; Ligua nowthe Barangay Vilapaz , Cabag at Sentonisan now the Baranagay , Rizal . Base on the written worked
about the history of the community of Mr. Joseph D. Juacalla , Hinguiwin is a dense and wild place . The very first Cabeza
de Barangay was named Roman Oriel treated as the most wealthy place during that time in terms farming . The Brgy , of
Hinguwin formally separated to Atimonan from January 1, 1997 from then on fast changes in this pace happened.

The main economic activity of Brgy, Hinguiwin is fishing and farming some of the farmer focuses to plant coconut
which is the most inherent product of the community there are some farmers plant corn , root crops , banana etc. as a
minor source of income . of the community is came from the government while the minor income came from the tax
connected in community or personal needs of some person for his/her neccessities such as property task , getting
clearance and certification for business . The Hinguiwin focuses on agriculture and fishery as

Strengths Weakneseses
The members of the community knows and fight for Some of The citizens here in the community are
their right deeds .Some of the youth and even the not active in terms of connection with God . Some
adults are responsible and disciplined . They follow of them lost their faith in God .Also one of the bad
the ordinance that the barangay implemented . habit that have are bad attitudes like manyana
Mostly of the citizen is positive thinker . They do habit and crab mentality and that’s one of the
their best to help their Community reason why the Brgy.Hinguiwin is not improving
and developing

Opportunities Threaths
There are few improvements of infrastructure and Lack of unity is one of the problem of the
additional facilities for community. The “Barangay community that’s why the progress and
Pamahalaan ng Hinguiwin” is completely done while improvement of the community is not constant.
the Barangay Clinic is still on-going , but if it
completely done , it can be a great help to our fellow
citizen in terms of their health.
Questions to Come up with an analysis :

1.How can your community’s strengths minimize the threats you have indicated?
 It’s community strengths minimize threats by the people and the youth who are been disciplined,
follow the rules and have respect to each and everyone especially to the leaders of this community
the barangay Hinguiwin.

2.How can your community’s strengths maximize the opportunity you have indicated?

 We must be able to establish a good connection with the barangay officials and the citizens of the
barangay to become equal rights to each other and avoid of misunderstanding, corruption, and
abusive power to the citizens and to create peace.

3.How can your community the weaknesses by utilizing the opportunities you have indicated?
 With the lots of opportunities in the community, it minimizes the weaknesses that helps the
community to have a better livelihood. Some opportunities like crops and farming helps the
economic growth of the community to rise. Also the development of the infrastructure and having a
new health facilities can make the people's safeties be secured.
4.How can your community minimize the weaknesses by avoiding you have indicated?
 Weaknesses can be avoided by making solution like the low spirituality of the people. Make their
spirituality stronger by teaching them how important for them to have a strong spirituality and how it
is important in the individuals life. The next is the selfishness of the people that serves as a barrier to
make the community improve. It can be remove if they set on their mind how cooperation’s and
unity help their community and also their lives to be much better.

Synthesis.
It’s community strengths minimize threats by the people and the youth who are been disciplined, follow the
rules and have respect to each and everyone especially to the leaders of this community the barangay
