Having 10 years of experience in various plant operations, presently working as SUBSEA PANNEL
OPERATOR having rich experience in production, process and risk based process safety
management.

Position : SUBSEA PANNEL OPERATOR
Period (year) :December 2019 to OCTOBER 2019.
2. Abu Dhabi Company for onshore petroleum operation (ADCO) - UAE
Position : SUBSEA PANNEL OPERATOR – Terminal Pumping
Period (year) :January 2012 to January 2018.

3. Schlumberger - OFFSHORE
Position : TESTING/PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Period (year) : January 2011 to December 2011
 Capacity : 50,000 barrels per day Oil and 40 MMSCFD of Natural Gas.
Key skills – Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning
 Reviewing of PFD, PID, Vendor drawing study, DCS graphics, Equipment data sheets, and

Well Head Operations:

 Well versed with the operation of Oil Wells, Gas Producers, Gas Injectors, Water Injectors
and Disposal Wells.
 Hands on experience and trouble free operation of hydraulic operated X-Mas tree valves
such as Sub surface Safety Valves (SSSV), Surface Safety Valves (SSV), High Integrity
Pressure Protection system (HIPPS) and storm choke operation.
 Changing/adjusting of choke bean to adjust production off take as per allowable.
 Smooth lining up of Oil & Gas wells as per instruction from control room.
 Well activation through separators.
 Well annulus pressure monitoring & well head sampling.
 Investigation for Sustained Annulus Pressure (SAP).
 X-mass tree valves integrity testing.
 Routine check-up of well heads and well head control panel.
 Testing of oil wells through 3- phase separators.
 Well handover to Production team for intervention jobs such as wire-line surveys, well
simulation, de-scaling and kick off.

Crude oil and Natural Gas operations

 DCS panel operation experienced.

 Co-ordinate with maintenance Department for Preventive/ Routine/ Breakdown
maintenance for all equipment, SDVs, Control Valves, Transmitters & Diesel Engines.
  Issuing Authority in Permit to work (PTW) system.
 Carry out tests for combustible gas, oxygen and H 2S gas before issuing permits during
maintenance activities.
 Carry out energy isolation using lock out tag out (LOTO) procedure, Double-Block-and-
Bleed (DBB) philosophy and Positive isolation philosophy.
 Isolation of rotating equipment and process equipment such as compressors, power
generators, fuel gas filters, separators, and condensate lines (includes
depressurizing/pressurizing, purging, isolating and releasing/receiving) for maintenance as
per isolation policy and PTW. Participate in preparing Job Safety/Hazard Analysis (JSA/JHA)
for critical jobs.

 Involved in internal inspection of vessels, tray columns, packed columns, filters, etc.
 Compliance with Corporate HSE Standards, Policies and Practices, & applicable regulations,
safety of personnel & integrity of facilities at all times. 
 Participated in mock drills and large scale exercises.
 Handling of Plant emergencies, upsets, Start Up, Shut down & Trouble Shooting.
 Pigging of gas, oil and water trunk lines as per schedule.
 Carry out daily inspection of plant and equipment in oil/gas stations, tanks and flare areas
to ensure normal operations.
 Routine activities like Enclosure checking, gas detector testing, UV detectors and IR
detector checking in Gas generator turbines and parameters checking in centrifugal
compressors.
 Maintaining auxiliary system parameters like temperature & pressure in lube oil system,
Gas generator fuel gas system and monitoring of vibration, temperatures of compressors.
 Inform control room about the abnormality in the plant and take corrective action as per
instruction from CCR.
 Carry out periodic Look Listen Feel (LLF) check list of running condition of rotating
equipment.
 Taking samples for analysis of BS&W and gas dew point tests.
 Operate and monitor chemical injection system in oil & Gas trains and water injection
units. Record and maintain chemical injection rates.

 Identifying of anomaly, and assists in the documentation of anomaly items so that the
anomalies can be isolated and removed as per the schedule, in time.
 ORA (Operational risk assessment) approval and Long Term Isolation is maintained as per
the company procedure.
 MCDR (Mechanical corrosion damage report) will be raised whenever the equipment fails
due to corrosion and mechanical damage and get it attended in time.
 Training the team members in operational activities to enhance the operational
capabilities and safety knowledge on the process and operations.

Safety System

 Well versed in safety aspects of hydrocarbon, gas, oil field plants.

  Weekly safety meetings. Toolbox talks, Desktop exercises, Emergency mock drills, Plant
safety inspection & Preparation of inspection reports, incident report preparation,
equipmentfault report and risk assessment.
 Communicating with emergency control team after receiving emergency calls due H 2S
alarm, Fire alarm and taking care of the crews to mustering stations.
 Conversant with safety procedure and handling of safety equipment.
 Well versed in operating fire & gas detection system in gaslift areas.
 Hands on experience in fire suppression system such like Deluge valves, inert gas system
etc.
 Perfect and effective Pre-Job Safety Meeting (PJSM) will be conducted whenever crafts
come with a permit to do any job.
 Actively held discussions on suggestions given by me with the Complex supdt and SPS, was
