truck drivers’ operators, and had them assess for their TESDA Driving (Articulated Vehicle)

8. Project Manager for hauling and tandem lifting of two transformer weight at 8 MT, its
loading at SM Quiapo warehouse and its delivery to SM Cubao. Transformer value: Php 2
million pesos, Project Duration Feb 8 to 9, 2018. One of the forklift operators for one (1)
10 tonner forklift, the project had two forklifts, one unit 10 and another 5-tonner forklift
so as it could lifted onto our 18 wheeler truck and transported to SM Cubao
9. Project Manager, overall safety manager, responsible for writing the work methodology and
lifting, rigging plans for the unloading, hauling in positioning of KBA printing machines for
the Caledonia International Corporation. Caledonia is the exclusive distributor of KBA
printing machines. and one of the forklift operators for the 10 tonner forklift. Highlight of
the project was the lifting of the inker machine, weight at 6.6 MT with a fabricated gantry
and shall be placed onto the printing machine, weight at 9 MT. Project involves lifting with
35 tonner crane from Flatrack to ground, stripping of 5 x 40 containers with 10 and 5 tonner
forklifts, transport to temporary laydown yard with 18, 16, 12,10 wheeler trucks. Second
mobilization for the hauling out of the 75 crates and its transfer to the new plant.
Uncrating of the crates, hauling to their designated places. Fabrication of gantry and lifting
of the 6 MT ink machines to be place on top of 9 MT printing machines. Value of the
machine: Two (2) million Euro ( Php 126. Million). Project Duration from January 8 to 19,
2018.
10. Project Manager, rigging superintendent, responsible for the writing the methodology and
rigging plans for the lifting of the old 14 tons Old York chiller and its replacement with the
new Smart Chiller, weight 13.5 tons. Suitable crane 100 tonner, working radius at 12
meters, and another highlight of the project was fabrication of the rigging platform capable
of handling 20 MT load. The computation of the load bearing pressure of the road leading to
the crane position. Chiller value, Php 20 million pesos. No Accident and Incident. Duration
December 12 to 15, 2017, including the site clearing of the rigging platforms
11. Project Manager, rigging superintendent for the tandem lifting of 13 tons ASM Mold machine
at Ampleon. Unloading of the 13 tons mold machine from FR container, hauling onto rollers,
installation of rigging stainless steel plates from the entry door up to the production floor.
Highlight of the project was this is a cleanroom environment Duration: November 8 to 9,
2017. No Accident and Incident
12. Project Manager and involved with the Plant and Equipment transfer of at least 700
machinery, tools, tables and racks of Ampleon Manufacturing Philippines Inc, from its old
plant at NXP to its newly acquired plant at Ampleon Plant, Cabuyao Laguna, working from 7
AM until 2 AM daily with two shifts of workers, from July until October 2016. New Ampleon
plant still utilizing JLF Project International Inc for its forklifts, cranes and rigging
requirements
13. Project Manager, rigging superintendent for the Plant and Equipment transfer of it Bicutan
Plant to its new site at Camelray 1, Canlubang, Laguna wherein we have handled the 20
tonner press machines with an 80 tonner crane, jacking and skidding of other aircon
machinery from foundations to trucks and its unloading at Canlubang, positioning, including
the inland transportation of about 50 trips of 18, 16, 12, 10, 6-wheeler trucks, with two
units 10 tonner, and one unit 5 tonner forklifts.
