Sub :- Application U/o 11 rule 14 & 15 CPC for directing the plaintiff’s to produce the original
documents upon which they relied upon in plaint and to supply the copies of the same to the
applicants/ defendants .

R/Sir,

The applicants/ defendants most respectfully submitts as under :-

1. That the above titled suit is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for
22/12/2020.
2. That in the above noted suit the applicants / defendants first time appeared through
counsel SH . Ashok Kumar Juneja on dated 10/12/2020 and counsel of the applicants
requested to plaintiff’s counsel before this Hon’ble Court to supply the documents which
has been attached by the plaintiffs alongwith the plaint but till today no documents
have been supplied by the plaintiffs /plaintiff’s counsel .
3. That In absence of documents the applicants / defendants are unable to file detailed
written statement & reply to the injunction application .

It is therefore , respectfully prayed that the plaintiffs be directed to produce the

original documents upon which they relied upon in plaint and be also directed to supply
the copies of the same to the applicants/ defendants , in the interest of justice .
