Child labour in Bangladesh

is common, with 4.8 million or 12.6% of children aged 5 to 14 in the

work force. Out of the child labourers engaged in the work force, 83% are employed in rural areas
and 17% are employed in urban areas.] Child labour can be found in agriculture, poultry breeding,
fish processing, the garment sector and the leather industry, as well as in shoe production. Children
are involved in jute processing, the production of candles, soap and furniture. They work in the salt
industry, the production of asbestos, bitumen, tiles and ship breaking.

But, Western ideas of what is acceptable are completely at odds with the grim reality of life in the slums
of Asia and Africa. Child labour need not necessarily mean sweatshops. In developing countries many
family-run businesses, such as restaurants, employ their own children to help out and learn practical
skills.

In some parts of the developing world, such as Brazil, the authorities accept that child labour is
unavoidable. They can then put in plans to provide special financial support for families of working
children, so that they can also attend school.

So, Child labour is an absolute necessity for the survival of millions of people in many of the poorest
parts of the world. But before we go deeper in discuss this, I just want to say GOODMORNING LADIES
AND GENTLEMAN, be ready with our

Before maybe ive told you what is the main purpose of child labour. But beside that, we still have more
reasons why child labour can be rife and must be approved. We will mention it one by one.

First of all, Poverty is widely recognised and acknowledged as the primary cause of child labour.
Oftentimes, families rely on the extra income produced by their children in order to sustain their
livelihood. Studies have shown that children from poorer families are more likely to be in the work force
due to their contribution to overall family income.

Sometimes people in the lower class barely afford to educate their children in the school. by leaving
school and work instead will cut their expenses for education and increase their income. Infact too, a lot
of people that have graduated high school is unemployed. they must take a degree which is not cheap.
So, instead of wasting their money to educate their children, they can go to work instead. it will help
them to make the living and their children will have more skills that leads to better pay. They will work
for times and they will have a higher position in their job

Also, working develops a hard working mindset on the children. It will make them go to work rather than
begging or commiting crimes to make their living. This is a better way to deal with economy problems in
the children's family. With this way too, the children will be mature, because they are getting used to
work. They dont ask their parents for the thing that kids always wanted, they complain less, they will
work to help their family. they ready for the world of jobs in the future.

And that’s all, thankyou.
