The proponents of this business, together with its future sole proprietor, visited the place to be

able to have its competitive analysis. With that, the business discovered that it has two (2) competitors
which are also located at F. Torres St. _----- in front of Davao City National High School. The first
competitor is the “Nick Printing”, this business has been the only printing service which offers t-shirt
printing and logo designing with free lay-out at the said place. However, Nick Printing has a small area
for their business and the equipment they are using already depreciated. They offer document printing,
photocopying, t-shirt printing and logo designing. Their document printing has a maximum price of Php
15.00 if it’s colored, and a minimum of Php 3.00 if it’s black and white. The second competitor is an
unnamed business but it only offers a photocopying service. In line with this, their business can provide
fast production because they have four (4) photocopying machines and they have a unified task. But,
this results to a limited kinds of services they can give to the customers. In addition, both of them use a
marketing strategy in which they print posters in promoting their products and services.
