Res‐Kem Reverse Osmosis Systems

XL RO Series® 9,650-698,400 GPD (6.7-485* GPM)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a process that removes
95-98% of all ionized dissolved solids from water.
ResKem offers a complete line of RO
equipment and services to meet a wide range of
quantity and quality requirements. ResKem’s
combination of RO technology, systems experience,
and technical expertise deliver the water to meet your
needs.

XL RO Series
ResKem’s XL RO Series combines high
quality design and construction with an integrated
control package that delivers a true engineered system.
The XL RO Series is designed for industrial applica-
tions requiring flow rates of 6.7-485* gallons per minute
(GPM). The XL RO Series features the durability of a
rugged stainless steel frame, simple system integra-
tion, and performance monitoring and control featur-
ing QuickLink technology. Additional options include
remote monitoring through Crossbow Water’s, a sister
company's, Water Intelligence Network platform.

RO Applications include utility (boiler / cooling)

and/or process in a variety of industries, including:
• Manufacturing ResKem XL RO Series Advantages:
• Laboratory • Control and connection package featuring
• Electronics QuickLink technology
• Pharmaceutical / biotech • Remote monitoring capability through the Water
• Automotive Intelligence Network
• Textile • Simple system integration
• Hotels, resorts, schools
• Flexible system configurations to meet a wide range
• Food processing
of needs
• Beverage / bottling
• Chemical blending / manufacturing • Engineered to last with all stainless steel compo-
nents, including frame, multi-stage pump, high pres-
• Mining
sure piping, pump control valve, waste control valve,
• Metal finishing / metalworking hydraulic panel, inlet piping, inlet valve, hardware
• Pulp and paper and clamps, instrumentation tubing and compression
fittings

*Not all water sources will be able to achieve the maximum flow rate
QuickLink Technology QuickLink Operating System Features:
ResKem's sister company, Crossbow Water, has • Automatic graphic P&ID generator
developed a simple method to connect to and control
• PreTreat Link® provides complete control for single
common water system components and field devices
or duplex automatic softeners with independent flow
including pretreatment filters and softeners, Salt Link
®
sensors. Control options include time clock, duplex
valves, booster and break tank pumps, chemical feed,
alternating, or parallel operation. Initiation can be
pH, ORP, bypass and auxiliary make-up valves, level
meter, pressure differential, or other external
control, distribution pumps, and portable exchange
regeneration source.
DI bankswitching and rinse-up.
• SaltLink optimizes salt consumption and can reduce
operating costs by up to 33%.
QuickLink Advantages:
• DI Link® provides a simple method for monitoring,
• Integrates connections and control of multiple field controlling, and switching two portable exchange DI
devices banks.
• Eliminates the need for stand-alone components • HQ Link® can connect up to three high purity cells
and displays resistivity or conductivity with ±1%
• Flexibility to accommodate any system configuration
accuracy. Display is interchangeable and can show
• HMI touch screens for simple programming either temperature or non-temperature compensated
values.
• Cost savings through streamlining the complete RO
system from pre- to post-treatment • Duplex RO feature has capability of operating lead/
lag or parallel RO operation.
• Remote monitoring through the Water Intelligence
Network • Level control through an analog level transmitter.
