1. Refund Policy

If you leave the Founder Institute program before the third session of the program ([refund_deadline]), we will fully refund
you the course fee, after which there are no refunds per the Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days of
[refund_deadline].

2. Founder Commitment

You agree to complete weekly company-building sprints on time, attend weekly in-person or online sessions as well as
group meetings, meet growth milestones, and abide by the Founder Institute Terms of Use and Code of Conduct; and failure
to do so may result in your removal from the program at the Founder Institute’s discretion and any applicable refund per
the Refund Policy.

3. Equity Contribution Notice

You acknowledge that the Founder Institute will ask you to contribute four percent (4%) of your company through a warrant,
option or other equity agreement to join an "Equity Collective" shared among your cohort peers, Mentors, Leaders, and the
Founder Institute. You will not be asked to do so until later in the program (<semester_equity_agreement_milestone>),
however, failure to do so will result in removal from the FII program.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to not disclose confidential information, which means any non-public information that relates to the actual or
anticipated business and/or products, research or development of the Founder Institute, any other participant in the Founder
Institute program, any company formed by another participant in the Founder Institute program during the Semester or any
of their respective affiliates, including but not limited to technical data, trade secrets, product plans, markets, customers,
software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, marketing, and other business
information, disclosed either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally or by drawings or inspection rights. The fact that a person
is participating or has participated in the Founder Institute program shall be considered confidential information. Confidential
information does not include information that (i) was publicly known or made generally available; or (ii) is in your rightful
possession, without confidentiality obligations, at the time of disclosure as shown by your then-contemporaneous written
records. Founder will not use the Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever other than as necessary for
Founder’s participation in the FI program.
