drag your curser to
the owner column
and click plus sign

that particular subitem.
to update the
task's status,
click the
status to
change it.
you can also
edit the
labels.
click on
the
timeline or
due date
to edit.
in the
Priority
column,
click to
add how
urgent or
minor the
task.
you can
customize your
column by
clicking the
arrow button
beside each
title of the
column.
to add another
column, click the
plus button at
the latter part
columns of the
Week 1. Choose
on what
element to put.
to know the timeline of the
task, simple drag your
curser onto it and it will
automatically show the
timeline.
you can
view you
board in
different
layouts by
clicking
Default and
Add View
however,
a lot of
these are
only
available
with a
paid plan.
as you
navigate the
search bar,
all the
projects
under your
name will
show up
you can
also do
quick
filters.
Click
Filters
near the
Search
box.
If you click Person, you can see
all your team and once you
click the small Profile, you can
see their tasks.
Sort is where you can
structure your columns
based on priority, etc.
Click +Add new sort to
create those specific
arrangements
Internal Communication
is vital to the success of
projects so in order to
communicate with your
members, click on that
message button
and that
will bring
up this
box on the
right hand
side .
to start your
message,
click on the
box. you can
mention your
member by
typing "@".
Click
Update
and that
will be
posted
under
Updates
below.
you can set
your
posted
update by
clicking the
small
arrow on
the right
You can
click the
'Bolt' icon or
Ctrl + B to
find boards,
dashboards
, and
workspaces
faster.
you can
change
your screen
either into
Dark mode
or Light
mode.
you can also
view your
team's
Activity Log.
Located
beside the
Updates.
you can
filter the
things you
want to see
directly.

also see
your team
and their
task's
timeline.
You can
also
export it
to Excel.
when
you
click on
that
+Add
View
you can see this. Although, this is
only applicable for paid accounts.

chart to be
viewed.

Click +Add Item to add
tasks or projects that are
under the columns.
View as: Form View
Click Go to form

Once done, Click Submit
View As: Workload
you can view it by days,
weeks or months.

customize
the view.
