1. Sinarapan – is considered as the world’s smallest commercially
harvested edible fish. Thriving in the waters of Danao Lake in
Polangui, this is best cooked as ukoy (fritters).

Festivals:
1. Daragang Magayon Festival – is a yearly celebration derived
from the legend of the Mayon Volcano to honor the province’s
bounty and beauty.
2. Ibalong Festival – it is celebrated at the second week of
October in Legazpi City. A week-long festivity recounting the
brave exploits of the heroes of Ibalong or prehistoric Bicol. The
festival is highlighted by a street parade recreating the classic
battles between heroes and beasts of Ibalong.
Tourist Spots:
1. Mayon Volcano - No other volcano in the world has a cone as
perfectly shaped as Mayon. Towering at almost 8,000 feet above
sea level, it lies at the center of the three cities and 15
municipalities of Albay.
