Sub: Management representation letter of compliance with Section 281 of Income Tax Act 1961
(“Act”)

With respect to the transfer of our 5,428 equity shares held in Tap Smart Data Information Services
Pvt. Ltd. (“CityCash”) to the persons mentioned below as Transferees, we hereby confirm to the
Transferees that Bookonspot Travel Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) does not have any pendency of
any proceedings under Section 281 of the Act. We hereby also confirm that any proceedings or
demands under said Section in the future will be the responsibility of the Company. These
representations are being made to the following persons defined collectively herein as
“Transferees”:
