DaVince’s Carwash envisions to be the leading car washing and auto-detailing
service center in the Philippines.
Mission
The DaVince’s Carwash aims to:
• Provide customers a good quality carwash and auto detailing experience.
• Satisfy customers with a quick and swift car washing and auto detailing
service.
Goal
To be the Philippines' number one car washing and auto detailing service center
and expand to more areas that can serve more customers.

service center in the community by meeting and exceeding customer's standards.
Mission
The DaVince’s Carwash mission is to provide customers with convenience, and an
exceptional carwash and auto detail services at fair rates.
Goal
To become an outstanding and most established carwash and auto-detailing
service center in the Philippines.

Owners: are in charge of everything in the business, from operations to sales


marketing and the legal proprietor of a business.

General Manager: is in charge of overseeing daily business activities, improving


overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets,
developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business
goals.

Cashier: is in charge of handling the daily sales

Car washing Attendants are in charge of cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, like
body wash, waxing, tire blacking, and applying armor all.
Auto-detailing Attendants: are in charge of cleaning the interior of the vehicle, like
vacuuming, engine washing, under-chassis, and bac-to-zero fumigation.

to sales marketing and the legal proprietor of a business.

General Manager: is in charge of overseeing daily business activities, creating


policies, and communicating business goals.

Sales Officer: plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and
campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are
successful in meeting the goals set by management.

Admin Officer: is in charge of answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings,


preparing reports, and filing documents. They may also responsible for managing
inventory, maintaining company records, handling budget and office reporting,
invoicing, and providing customer service.

Cashier: is in charge of handling the daily sales or receiving payments to the service

Car washing Attendants are in charge of cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, like
body wash, waxing, tire blacking, and applying armor all.

Auto-detailing Attendants: are in charge of cleaning the interior of the vehicle, like
vacuuming, engine washing, underchassis, and bac-to-zero fumigation.
