 The mission of my automobile repair garage is to provide high quality, convenient and
comprehensive auto repair at low price.
 That would help the customers to take care of their favorite car and to extent the
beauty and life span of the automobile and to use safe techniques, quality parts and
services to create a safe drive to the customer.

 Strategies are basically planning actions that are being designed to achieve the desire
goals or overall aim of an organization. As a small business like my auto mobile garage
must follow certain strategies to achieve goals. in my automobile garage I must follow
some strategies like

2. marketing stratagems

 As my automobile repair garage is totally based on customer oriented we will provide all
the basic requirements and fulfill all the demand of our customers. For this purpose we
will reward our loyal customers so that they feel special and come again and again to us.
 I am going to manage my store budget as it is the most important requirement to
manage my auto repair garage
 We will offer guarantee to our customers just to prove that we are providing the best
repairing services so that we can make customer trust on my store
 I will reduce employee turnover rate becaus4 if I increase this turnover rate I will lose
my experienced workers and this can lead to inexperienced new workers.

satisfaction of quality expectation of customers. As my garage is doing hard to get the
standard quality assurance practices for this we are also going conduct some random
test to ensure the quality

Our garage is equipped with modern technology that will provide the optimum service.
Also our staff is also highly trained, apt and qualified to accomplish a high grade work.

Mass mean product and customization means to modify or make something according to an
individual preference.

Mass customization is a manufacturing method used by an organization to describe the


efficiency to provide a unique customized product and services with a low unit cost with a high
variety manufactured.

RAPID PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

 Rapid product development is a process of manufacturing society that advance the new
product development for the design to manufacture in the Small Time Scale possible.
 In the manufacture of new technology like Rapid prototyping and Rapid tooling like
model technique are being used to minimize Time Scale and produce a high quality and
3D design products.
RELATION BETWEEN MASS CUSTOMIZATION AND RAPID PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

there is a very strong relation between Rapid development and mass customization that is that
the mass customization is a manufacturing of product that is totally customer base that mean
customer wants something that is totally unique and that satisfy their needs and requirement
limited time and cost so in this case the rapid development is the process of make and launch
that new unique item in the market in a rapid time and limited cost.

EXAMPLE

When a cricket team wants a uniform for their team members. They give their desire sizes and
huge amount that is mass customization and also they want it in rapid time and a unique design
on their uniform that would be new in market and is never used before which is rapid product
development.
