I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The principles and techniques of design using online creation tools,
platforms, and applications to develop ICT content for specific professional
tracks
B. Performance At the end of the 2-week period independently apply the principles and
Standards techniques of design using online creation tools, platforms, and
applications to create original or derivative ICT content for use in specific
professional tracks
These may be in the form of, but not limited to:
1. Survey instruments using Google forms (Business/Academic)
2. Athletic match-ups and league standings using Mindmeister (Sports)
3. Catalogues/Swatches/ options for products and services using Prezi
(Tech- Voc)
4. Online photo album of artistic works or photographs using Picasa (Arts)
5. Online music production using Sibelius (Music)
C. Learning Apply web design principles and elements using online creation tools,
Competencies / platforms, and applications to communicate a message for a specific

V. PROCEDURES
Introductory Activity Ask the following questions:
5 minutes 1. What do you do to personalize your mobile phones, facebook
page, twitter, Instagram, etc.?
2. What attracts you most when visiting a website?
Activity/Strategy Group Activity: The class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will
15 minutes watch a specific video on how to make a website using google sites. While
watching, the groups will write/take note of the steps or process in
making a website. Afterwards they are going to make a presentation of
the steps they have listed.
Analysis (discussion) Each group will demonstrate their presented steps in making a website.
10 minutes
Abstraction The teacher will ask the following questions:
5 minutes 1. How to go to the google site environment?
2. What are the things that you can do to the title page?
3. How can you assign the name of your file containing the website?
4. What are the things that you can insert into your webpage?
5. How can you add a new page to your website?
6. How can you change the theme of your website?
Application 15 minutes Group Activity: Creating and designing a website
Each group will create and design a 2 page website using google sites
following the learned steps/process.

Assignment/Agreement Each student will create a simple 1 page website about an advocacy for
3 minutes Climate Change Mitigation using an online creation tool.
