Health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity.
Physical Health
Physical Health is critical for overall well-being and is the most visible of the various
dimensions of health, which also include social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and
environmental health.
A lifestyle as the way a person lives. This includes patterns of social relations, consumption,
entertainment, and dress. A lifestyle typically also reflects an individual’s attitudes, values or
worldview. A healthy lifestyle is generally characterized as a “balanced life” in which one makes
“wise choices”. It is a way that a person lives. This includes patterns of social relations,
