DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between:

ANDRESS BARTOLOME, of legal age, widower, Filipino, and a resident of

Lalauanan, Tumauini, Isabela, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

- and -

LEONORA BARTOLOME, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Lalauanan, Tumauini, Isabela, herein referred to as VENDEE;

witnesseth:

That the Vendor is the registered owner of a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:

TCT No. T-133324

A parcel of land (lot E, of the subdivision plan, Pad-2-02-011617, being a

portion of land described on plan Psu-157644, L.R.C. Rec.). situated in the
Barrio of Lalauanan, Municipality of Tumauini, Province of Isabela, Island of
Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Anselmo Gardon; on the NW.,
along line 2-3 by Lot F, of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 3-4 by
National Road (30.00 m. wide); on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot C and along
line 5-1 by Lot D, both of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “l”
on plan being S. 45 deg. 57’E., 5295.92 m. from Church Tower, Municipality of
Tumauini, Isabela, N.45-05’W., 30.00 m. to point 2; N.18-44’E., 117.02 m. to
point 3; S.69-15’E.,20.00 m. to point 4; S.12-45’W., 90.00 m. to point 5; S.22-
14’W., 40.11 m. to point 1, the point of beginning; containing an area of THREE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR (3,164) SQUARE METERS, more
or less.

That the Vendor is willing to sell he said parcel of land to the Vendee under the
conditions set below;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the VENDOR

hereby sell and convey by way of conditional sale to the VENDEE the foregoing real
property for an entire consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P750, 000.00), the consideration to be paid in FULL upon approval of the
vendee’s loan at the PAG-IBIG, which application is now pending for approval. After the
payment of the entire consideration, the VENDOR shall execute the necessary absolute
deed of sale.
