DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between:

SPS. ALEXANDER R. BACUD and AIDA C. BACUD, of legal ages, Filipinos, married to each
other and with residence address at Sto. Domingo, Piat, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDORS; and _______________, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence address at Alimannao,
Peñablanca, Cagayan, herein referred to as VENDEE;

Witnesseth:

That the VENDORS are the absolute ownesr of an agricultural machinery, most particularly
described as follows: Kubota combine harvester model DC70 w/ key, pdi, warranty booklet, extra cutting
blade w/ complete set of standard tools & accessories; Engine No.: LHB1351; Serial No.: CDXXX70H-
HP60034;

That the Vendors are willing to sell the said agricultural machinery to the Vendee under the
conditions set below;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the VENDOR hereby sell and
convey by way of conditional sale to the VENDEE the foregoing motor vehicle for an entire consideration
of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), subject to the following conditions:

1. The VENDEE shall pay to the VENDOR the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00)
upon execution on this instrument;

2. The VENDEE shall pay to the VENDOR the remaining balance in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P 50,000.00) on or before October 30, 2018;

3. Upon the execution of this instrument, the motor vehicle shall be delivered to VENDEE;

4. That failure on the part of the VENDEE to deliver the balance on the date agreed upon gives the
VENDOR power to rescind the contract. The latter returning the partial payment, and the former
returning the motor vehicle subject of this conditional sale without need of any judicial demand or
order;

5. The PARTIES hereby agree to execute the necessary document to nullify this instrument if and
when this contract is rescinded in accordance with the preceding sub-paragraph;

6. The absolute deed of sale shall be executed by the VENDOR upon full payment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ___th of June 2018 at
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in ___________________________ came and appeared
the afore-named parties in this instrument and acknowledged the foregoing deed as their voluntary act
and deed, and I have duly verified their identities through personal interview and through their I.Ds.
bearing their picture and signature which are competent proofs of identity.

This instrument refers to a Deed of Conditional Sale consisting of TWO (2) pages including this
page where the acknowledgment appears, duly signed by the parties and their witnesses on each and
every page thereof.
