AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL CONSENT

And SUPPORT

WE, SPS. ROBERTO SPINA and BABY AIREEN D. LECCIONES , Italian

and Filipino respectively, of legal age, residing at St. Vincent Subdivision,
Cogon, Bogo City, after having been sworn in accordance with the law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That we are the parents of JELOME JHIAN D. SPINA and JELOME

KHIAN D. SPINA, both minors, who were born on November 4, 2006.

2. That they are desirous to go to Italy with their grandmother

FLORENCIA DAITOL;

3. That we hereby give our full consent and conformity for our said
children to travel to Italy in the company of their grandmother
above-named.

4. We shall be responsible for all the financial obligations that may be

incurred during the said travel.
