TITLE:

Compulsory Tree Planting for Law Violators Act of 2020

RATIONALE:

Environment gives people innumerable satisfaction and benefits that can't

compensate by any amount in an entire life. The world has blessed by God a
wonderful creation that all would be benefited. Chances are given to people to
use it without limitations. It is the only home that human have and it provides air,
food, and other needs Aside from that it provides entire human life support it is a
source of natural beauty and it is necessary for proper physical and mental too.

Trees are very essential to everyone. As the biggest plants on the planet, it
gives us oxygen, store carbon, stabilize the soil and give life to the world's
wildlife. It provides people with the materials for tools and shelter (Royal Parks,
2017). Research shows that within minutes of being surrounded by trees and
green space, blood pressure drops, heart rates slow and stress level come down.
Trees benefit the environment, boost wildlife, strengthen communities, grow the
economy and protect future. But there has been the problem that trees are cut
down without prior approval or permission from the government specifically the
Bureau of Forest Development. While many organizations in Natural and
Environment Development are encouraging people to plant trees because huge
problem will occur if trees were all cut down.

As time passes by, a plenitude changes happen in the world and

environment has experiencing these changes. Before, the world has a beautiful,

clean and safe environment but now, the present society has under taken actions
against environment. According to Ms. Gina Lopez "we need more people to be
passionate about the environment." Human plays a vital role to save the
environment to protect nature and biodiversity for sustainable development.

Compulsory Tree planting for Law Violators Act has it aims not only to
increase the number of planted trees but also to encourage people to be
responsible citizen. The fact that humans are just humans is circulating in every
deed of people; they are prone to commit mistakes and violations. There has
always been a problem in following the laws on the part of the people. Knowing
the fact that laws are important to maintaining order and structure in society
people are struggling to follow for some and their own unreasonable reasons.
This bill will only focus on the traffic laws/rules and regulations. Disobeying a law
is a crime that the offender should be willing to take the punishment. This is the
goal of this bill, once a person commit violations he/she is oblige to plant trees in
their respective community as punishment. There is no room for excuses
because if they refuse to take the punishment their license will be confiscated. It
has two main goals to save the environment by planting trees not just only one
but three to five trees and encouraging people to be responsible by following the
laws/rules and regulations. From this, they will be having two realizations, the
importance of planting trees and the benefit they can get and the importance of
obeying laws.
