Schedule

EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:

The Digital No Flow Timer (DNFT) is a device used to monitor cycles within Progressive In-line lubrications systems.
There are seven models - DNFT LED, DNFT PRG, DNFT LCC, DNFT LED 24V, DNFT PRG 24V, DNFT LCC 24V, and
the DNFT PRX. The first three models have an enclosed single 3.6 Volt lithium battery as a power source. The second
three models are powered from an external 24Vdc supply. The last model, the DNFT PRX proximity sensor model, does
not have a battery or 24Vdc power. All models except the DNFT PRX have an encapsulated PCB.
The DNFT mounts directly to a divider valve and has a spring-loaded magnetic piston exposed to the flow of lubricant. A
reed switch mounted on a circuit board within the unit senses the proximity of the magnetic piston through the material of
the unit's housing, and initiates a signal to a microprocessor (if present). The microprocessor counts lubrication cycles
and provides an LED and optional LCD display to the user. If the microprocessor does not detect a lubrication cycle
within a pre-programmed time period, an output signal is generated by transistors located on the circuit board.
