Post Manual Activities

Creating Web Dynpro Application

Proceed as follows:

1. Run transaction SE80.


2. Locate package FCLM_BAM. Right click on it, then choose Create Web Dynpro FPM Application.
This launches the create wizard. Proceed as follows:
2.1. Choose the option Wizard for Creating Empty FPM Applications as shown below.

2.2. Enter WDA_FCLM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD in the Web Dynpro Application field. Select Floorplan
option as Overview Page and change Application Configuration to
APP_CFG_FCLM_BAM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD as shown below.

3. Go back to package FCLM_BAM. Navigate to APP_CFG_FCLM_BAM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD. In the


APP_CFG_FCLM_BAM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD screen, proceed as the follows:
3.1. Select Start Configuration.
3.2. Select Assign Configuration Name, enter CMP_CFG_FCLM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD_OVP in the
Configuration ID field.

3.3. Change the parameter FPM_EDIT_MODE to Read-Only.


Creating Authorization Object

Proceed as follows:

1. Run transaction SU21.


2. From the toolbar menu, choose Create Button and select Authorization Object.
3. Create an authorization object F_BAM_UP with object class FSCM. Add one authorization field
ACTVT to it.

Maintaining Authorization Default Values

Proceed as follows:

1. Run transaction SU22.


2. Select type of application as Web Dynpro Application. Enter
WDA_FCLM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD in the object name field, and then execute it.
3. Switch to edit mode. Maintain the default value of F_BAM_UP as shown below.
Adjusting PFCG Role

Proceed as follows:

1. Run transaction PFCG.


2. Edit role SAP_SFIN_CASH_MANAGER. Choose Menu tab and proceed the following steps:
2.1 Expand the hierarchy and create a folder Tool under Bank Account management.
2.2 Select the Tool folder, click Insert Node button and select Web Dynpro Application.
2.3 Enter WDA_FCLM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD in the Web Dynpro Application field. Give a
description. Enter APP_CFG_FCLM_BAM_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD in the Application
Configuration field.

2.4 Save the entries. The result is like the following figure:
