Job Description - CRM Marketing Specialist

Huspy is an early-stage well-funded fintech startup with a mission to simplify the home financing process
and put the buyer’s interest first. Huspy helps homeowners to find the mortgage that matches their needs,
get pre-approved online, and close in weeks without the hassle of lengthy paperwork, long approvals, and
unanswered questions.

We’re seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our ​Growth team​ and take our ​customer
experience to the next level​. As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will ​build and manage our lead
nurturing and re-engagement programs across email, push and SMS, and deliver content that
delights our customers, drives conversion and revenue​.

Responsibilities:

● Segment our customers & leads based on their stage in the funnel, behavior, and other data
points

● Build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various
segments and stages of our funnel.
● Set up effective educational, promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and win-back automated
triggered campaigns that drive growth
● Collaborate on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working
cross-functionally with our copywriters and design team​ to move projects forward.
● Regularly report on ​key lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance​, making
recommendations on how to take the program to the next level.
● Establish a rigorous ​A/B testing agenda to test messaging, subject lines, CTAs (Call to
Action), content, email cadence, and timing to constantly improve performance.
● Partner with our customer experience and product marketing teams to ​uncover customer
insights that drive better decision making and put our customers first​.

Qualifications:

● 3-6 years experience in lifecycle email marketing or CRM, preferably in a B2C startup context
● Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● A knack for ​writing or collaborating on a great copy. Subject lines are your jam​.
● Strong analytical ability with test and learn mentality
● Previous experience with marketing automation software(experience with Iterable a plus)
● Intense curiosity about data and the insights it holds about our customers
● Basic HTML knowledge, ability to ​query using SQL
