I am writing this letter to recommend Mario Hermawan for a scholarship program with
National Taiwan University. I am his direct Team Leader that supervised his task and
duty. I have supervised Mario for 2 years during his tenure in Accenture. He showed
dedication, motivation and excellent Management skills during his tenure. I fully support
his decision to pursue his education.

Mario is a dedicated and hardworking young individual. As someone who worked and
supervised her closely, I have been witness to his dedication and consistency towards
his job. He is willing to learn and goes the extra mile, doing more than I expected. As a
fresh graduates that come to big corporate he always being respectful towards each
others and always willing to learn new skills in order to improve himself

Mario has shown a lot of improvements from a newbie to a senior role during his tenure.
He is always looking for improvement which shows his strong character and easy to
work with. I have witnessed some of his individual performances such as best
performer and best team performer. I believe he is a deserving candidate for the
National Taiwan university scholarship program.
