 Designed, implemented, and instructed eLearning opportunities in the field of English Language Development, Fine
Arts, and teacher development courses utilizing data-driven resources and best practices to inform teachings in a
variety of settings.
 Developed a clear vision for growth and subsequently drove music and visual arts involvement up by 50% from
previous school years.
 Founded the Qingdao Visual and Performing Arts Educators Association in 2019 with a total of 52 teachers from 16
