Pegasus California School, Qingdao, China – Music Director and IB Coordinator 08/2019 - present
 Designed, implemented, and instructed eLearning opportunities in the field of English Language Development, Fine
Arts, and teacher development courses utilizing data-driven resources and best practices to inform teachings in a
variety of settings.
 Developed a clear vision for growth and subsequently drove music and visual arts involvement up by 50% from
previous school years.
 Founded the Qingdao Visual and Performing Arts Educators Association in 2019 with a total of 52 teachers from 16
countries, currently teaching in the fields of visual and performing arts at both public and private schools across the
greater Qingdao Region.
 Developed pathways for Chinese teachers to grow their English skills with one-on-one reciprocal learning with foreign

 In response to the coronavirus outbreak, developed a consistent online curriculum development writing group, wrote and
delivered curriculum development online for Pre-K through college level courses

 Designed and taught curriculum for music education and digital music composition both in-person and through online
