Professional Experience:

 Working as a Senior Well Test Operator at KOC Jan 2019 to till date.
 Worked as a Well Test Operator at SCHLUMBERGER from Aug 2016 to Dec 2018.
 Worked as a Well Test Operator at TCI from Feb 2011 to Aug 2016.

SSV, Choke Manifold, ESD Panel, Eruption Manifold, Test Separator, Pipes Elbows (1502, 1002,
602, C900, C600) , PSV’s, Cross Over, Data header, Barton/Foxboro Surface recorder, Dead Weight
Tester, Chemical Injection Pumps, Diverters, Storage Tanks, Burner, Flare Stack, Instrumentations,

WELL TESTING OPERATIONS

Do different type of well testing by using Portable Tank test, Sub Center Two Phase Test
Separator, Mobile Separator both two Phase and Three Phase, Two phases and Three Phase
Separator in Unmanned Platform.Well testing using test separator (both two and three phase) for
calculating of Oil, Gas and water cut, changing orifice plates depending on gas flow rate, collecting
samples. Oil and water rate measuring by positive displacement meter (Turbine Flow Meter
withTotalize) almost Daniel meter. Routine take wellhead sampling and analizing.Calculate BS&W,
Salinity & API gravity.

In this test we give full detail about well performance like GOR, GLR, Water Cut, Liquid, Oil and Total
Flow rate, Gas Production rate, Stream Temp and Pressure, etc.

 To manage the planning, programming, execution and evaluation of exploration Well Testing
operations via well test units
 Prepare well reports and Forward to Well Test/Production Supervisor.
 Complete end of well reports. Maintain records and data in electronic format.
 Do different type of well testing by using Portable Tank test, Sub Center Two Phase Test
Separators, Agar and Mobile Separator (Two Phase and Three Phase).
 Test different Types of Wells like Self Flow Wells, ESP Wells, Gas Lifting Wells, PCP, SRP etc…
 In Well test we give full detail about well performance like Water Cut, GOR, Liquid, Oil and
Total Flow rate, Gas Production rate, Stream Temp and Pressure, API, Gas Gravity, Salinity,
Tubing pressure, casing pressure etc…
 Using Multiphase flow meter (Agar) in real time well testing without any Physical separation
of Well Fluid calculate DEGRA method.
 We also start and stop all types of wells like ESP, PCP and SRP.
 Do Pressure test in SRP wells.

Wellhead Operator Skills:

 Expert in doing Well Test and checking BS&W with accurate result.
 Expert in doing well troubleshooting such as well unloading and rescue well freezing.
 Handled pressure above 3350psi.
My Routine Job Responsibilities:

 Monitoring the wells and recording the field readings such as Oil M/F pressure, Injection Gas
M/F pressure, Injection water M/F pressure and Wellhead tubing & casing pressures.
 Ensuring that all wells are flowing normal and Injectors are injecting water as per the set point.
 Daily checking all critical wells for annulus casing buildup pressure in every shift beginning and
bleed the pressure if required.

 Daily checking Hydraulic unit for oil level and any leak.
 Visually inspecting the platform equipments for any leak.
 Daily checking the Inst. air compressor condition and changeover if need.
 Hand over the wells to Rig and Wire line and slick line jobs.
 Testing the Wells production by priority and prepare the well test report and maintaining
logbook.
 Troubleshooting the well when the situations like, well unloading and rescue from well
freezing.
 Opening and shutting the wells as per the control room operator information.
 Collecting Oil and Produced Water Samples from the wells and pass the samples to the
laboratory for analysis.
 Opening and shutting the well as per information from facility control room.
 Replacing the faulty pressure gauges on wellheads.
 Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping to ensure clean and safe working
environment. 
 Conducting the Pig Launching and Pig Receiving Operation as per the supervisor instruction.
 Adjusting the water injection rates in Injector wells as per set point.
 Injecting the various types of Chemicals to wells and Oil & Gas manifolds.
 Carrying out monthly inspection on the safety equipments like fire extinguishers, life raft, SCBA,
lifebuoy, and Fire water pumps etc.
 Conducting the pre job safety meeting for planning and safe execution for any work.
 Issuing work permits, which is already approved by higher authorities, after make sure that all
safety precaution prescribed in the permit are fulfilled and closely monitor the job.
 Carrying out monthly PPM on SCBA and Fire & Safety equipments
 Preparing handover notes for the back to back crew change.

Fire and safety:

 Having good experience in maintenance and operation of Fire and Gas detectors, various types
of fire extinguishers, safety equipments and fire suppression systems.
 I always used to follow the safety procedures for any kind of work along with PTW.
 Handled pressure safely above 3330psi.
